Replacing the antiquated oil fired heating and hot water system for a four story residential mill building was a daunting task. Our system was replaced with (2) natural gas fired Viessmann Vitodens 200-W Boilers, (2) Turbo-Max indirect high output water heaters and Grundfos circulating pumps throughout the building.

The new boiler system reduced my heating and water bill by half, while supplying the residents with a clean and efficient system throughout the building. They worked expediently to minimize any disturbance to our residents.
